What services do you offer?

New websites of almost any type, including fully custom sites.
Redesign or Rebuild older sites
Build or add new functionality to websites by way of programming, extensions, API's or plugins
Convert sites to be responsive (mobile & device ready)
Clean compromised websites (heavily compromised sites may need to be rebuilt)
Create a parallel Google AMP site (for mobile performance)
Create a competitive SEO structure for site content, titles & images using words & phrases that are search targeted.
Provide maintenance and support services. Depending on the frequency, the can be by monthly subscription (contract) or hourly.
Provide training so customers can update their own content & images if they prefer.
Build sites that are ADA/W3AG Standardized for ease of use for the disabled.
(Wordpress only) Install Microsite plugin. My own custom plugin which allows you to build mini-websites for your customers using the page designer.

How much do you charge for your services?

This may vary, depending on the terms of the contract, but generally, I will provide a project estimate based upon an hourly rate of $60/Hr. Large amounts of back and forth communication (work related) will be charged $30/hr. (An example: If it takes 2 hours of time and multiple emails to get the proper login for a site, that will be charged. But if the proper login is sent the 1st time, that will not be charged.

This is about 1/2 the rate of an angency. I can charge that because I have very little overhead

Do you work with, or use other peoples services?

Yes and No. I have partners that I work with, but I hand the work off to them so you will be contracting with them separately. These partners include an expert SEO analyst/marketer, an expert graphics designer, and expert programmer.

How do you handle refunds?

I don't offer refunds. However, honesty and integrity with my customers and clients is my first priority. They will know all the details of my work, and I have been known to work double the amount of time to satisfy my clients.

How do you handle classified or sensitive data & content?

If there is content or data on a website that is classified and/or sensitive information (For instance, viewable by select members only)... I will provide and/or sign any documents needed to protect that data. For typical logins and website / hosting credentials, I operate by personal reputation and professionalism. In other words, your credentials won't get into anyone elses hands regardless of how our working relationship pans out.

How long does it take you to complete projects?

A lot of that depends on the project. However, a loose timeline is set with each project, usually with a leniency of a few days.
